Helping Manage Anxiety During These Stressful Times

Our Mission
Stress has become a buzzword, but most of us don’t really know what it is. According to Dr. Heidi Hanna, the word itself can cause stress just because it’s difficult to define. We use it as a catchall for anything that feels off in our lives, and by dumping problems into a bucket of “stress” we leave ourselves feeling overwhelmed and out of control. Stress is simply a stimulus for change, and its impact is based on our ability to effectively adapt. You can make stress your friend with some very simple tools and techniques.
And the upcoming Global Stress Summit will tell you how, absolutely free and from the comfort of your own home or office.
This event is for everyone, from the stress masters to those who feel overwhelmed by the stress of life. Don't miss this groundbreaking event. We will provide you with the tools, techniques and training to improve your relationship with stress in these difficult times.
GLOBAL STRESS SUMMIT
LIVE ONLINE EVENT
As a result of the recent COVID-19 crisis, we are updating our conference information on a daily basis. Here is what we know for sure...
First, because we are no longer planning in-person live events, we will have more opportunities to share both Livestream and pre-recorded content from our expert scientists and thought leaders.
Second, because we want to share this information with as many people as possible during these particularly stress-filled times, we are offering the program completely free for the month of April, and hoping that we can extend that for the entire year. We will be relying on our partners and sponsors to ensure our commitment to share this content without disruption, so if you are able to support our initiative there will be an opportunity to donate for our Virtual First Responder™ Initiative here and throughout the event.
We are adding expert sessions, free gifts and bonus training opportunities everyday, and soon we'll be sending you regular updates. So please be sure to REGISTER NOW for the FREE event, and we will send details as soon as we have them.
Stay healthy, safe, and optimistic. We are better together!
